The Tamares Hotels management team is made up of the most experienced group of hoteliers in the country, with both local and international know-how in all fields of the hospitality industry.

• Raphy Weiner - President and CEO

A member of the Tamares Leisure team since July 2000, Raphy manages the Tamares hotel portfolio, as well as seeking new hotel management and leisure acquisition opportunities.

His extensive experience as CEO and COO of Sheraton Hotels (Israel), as Vice President of the Israel Hotels Association and as Chairman of the Israel Hotel Managers' Association has made him a capable and confident leader who inspires the company to achieve higher standards.

Raphy earned his primary qualifications at Israel's Tadmor Hotel Management School and completed further training at Cornell University in New York.

Ronit has held Marketing and Sales positions with the world's largest and most successful hotel chains including Sheraton, Hyatt and Hilton, and was Area Marketing Director for Starwood Hotels.

Ronit is a member of the Israel Marketing Forum and holds an MBA. Her experience and positive approach make her a driving force in the Tamares team.
