What does the package include?

• Coffee and morning pastry
• Entry to the Shizen Spa, use of the indoor pool, dry and wet saunas, Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness room, outdoor pool and direct access to the beach

• Choice of a pampering treatment: classic massage, body peeling, shiatsu or a luxurious facial treatment (45 minutes)

• Lunch in the Daniel's Hemingway Restaurant overlooking the sea
• Stay overnight in a Zen Room and enjoy breakfast at the Chef Shizen Bar
• Participate in one of the renowned lectures or activities
• Workshops on a variety of topics (subject to a fee)

• A minimum of 10 participants is required, and the maximum permitted is 35. Valid Sunday to Thursday.
